Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 27, 2026

This policy covers christiansimpson.global, the website of Christian Simpson Global ("CSG," "we"), and the advertising services we run for our clients on Facebook and Instagram through our CSG Ads application. It explains what we collect, where that information goes, and how to ask us to change or delete it.

This policy does not cover the CSG Marketing platform, the branded portal partner brokerages sign in to. That product has its own policy at marketing.christiansimpson.global/privacy/.

What we collect

The site runs no analytics software, no advertising trackers and no session cookies. We do not build a profile of visitors, and we do not know who you are until you write to us.

Where it goes

A form submission is stored by Netlify, which hosts the site and runs its forms, and is then emailed to us through Resend, our email provider, with your address set as the reply-to so a reply reaches you directly. The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which receives the standard information any web request carries, including IP address.

For the website, those three providers are the only ones that receive anything, and each receives only what is described here. We do not sell your information, do not share it for advertising, and do not add you to any marketing list.

Advertising services on Facebook and Instagram

CSG runs Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns for real estate and lending professionals. A client gives our business access to their ad account, Facebook Page and Instagram account through Meta Business Suite, and our CSG Ads application then uses Meta's APIs on that client's behalf. We never ask for a client's password.

Through those APIs we receive:

We use this information only to create and manage the client's ads, to report results to that client, and to deliver each lead promptly to the client whose ad produced it so they can follow up. A lead belongs to that client. We do not sell it, do not share it with anyone else, do not use it to advertise for ourselves or for other clients, and do not combine it with data from other clients.

This information is stored on servers we control and in our database provider, Supabase. Lead notifications are sent by email through Resend and, where a client asks for it, by text message through our SMS provider. These providers process data only to deliver our service. Access is limited to the CSG staff who run the client's account, using accounts protected by two-factor authentication.

For lead form submissions and advertising data, we act as a service provider to the client whose ad or account the data comes from. We process it only on that client's instructions and for the purposes above, and the client decides how they follow up with the people who contact them. Our use of data received from Meta also follows Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

Security. Data is encrypted in transit, access tokens and credentials are kept on our servers and never shared, and we review access regularly. If we become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will notify the affected client, and you where required, without undue delay.

We keep advertising data and leads for as long as we provide services to the client and for no more than 24 months afterwards, and we delete them sooner if the client or the person concerned asks. A client can remove our access at any time in Meta Business Suite under Settings, Partners, which stops any further data reaching us.

How to delete your data

If you submitted a lead form on one of our clients' ads, or you are a client, you can ask us to delete everything we hold about you by emailing sales@christiansimpson.global with the subject "Delete my data" and the name, email or phone number you used. We will confirm the deletion within 30 days.

If you connected your Facebook account to the CSG Ads application, you can also remove it in Facebook under Settings & privacy, Settings, Apps and websites, then selecting CSG Ads and choosing Remove. Once removed, we receive nothing further and will delete the data we hold for that account on request.

Retention

For advertising services, see the retention period above. For the website, we keep an inquiry for as long as the conversation is live and afterwards as a business record, and we delete it on request. Netlify's server logs expire on Netlify's own schedule.

Your rights

You may ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to sales@christiansimpson.global and we will answer within 45 days.

If you are a California resident, the CCPA, as amended by the CPRA, gives you those rights by law. The categories we collect through this site are identifiers (name, email, phone number), professional information (company name), commercial information (the content of your inquiry) and internet activity (server logs). We collect them from you and from our host, use them only to respond to you and to operate the site, and disclose them for those business purposes to the three providers named above. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we have not done either in the last twelve months. You will not be treated differently for exercising any of these rights, and an authorized agent may make a request for you with written proof of authorization.

Children

This site is for business inquiries and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date above reflects the current version.
